- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★After booking a Vals Cars taxi for 11:15pm tonight there was no sign of the car. Once we called for an update was told the car was running 15 mins late. Called again to be told they are running very late but will be there soon. Finally when we called back blatantly lied and said they had been to pick us up but no one was there when we were outside waiting as had had to leave Queenborough yacht club. We had to walk home to Minster! It is bad enough taking a booking for a specific time and reneging but to blatantly lie about arriving at the pickup is disgraceful.
